Especially in this time, everyone has to actually evaluate what their strong points are and market themselves accordingly to the appropriate employer. My father told me years ago that the way to keep a job and to be successful was to step outside the box and do what others thought was either to hard or just beneath them. I have done that all my life, taking chances to improve myself when others told me I would not be able to do it. Think positive and always remember you can do anything you put your mind to, anything.
